1.) North Carolina’s overall life expectancy average is 76.6, lower than national average of 78.4
2.) WNC has some of the highest levels of death for adults in their prime age 35-64.
3.) We must prioritize widening our social / Health care delivery systems, Expanding NC Medicaid, and developing our future healthcare workforce to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
